RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


LOOSE GEMSTONES (READY-TO-SHIP)

  • Return request must be made within 10 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged

  • Must include the following:

  • Original Invoice

  • Lab Certification

  • Original Packaging

  • Complimentary Items (Yantra, Guide, etc.)


Refunds will be processed after quality inspection and approval.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • No scratches, chips, or damage

  • All original contents must be returned


All returns are subject to Ratnalogy Quality Team approval.

  • Not eligible for Lifetime Return Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange request must be made within 10 days of delivery

  • Product must meet all return eligibility conditions


Exchange Options:

  • Another gemstone

  • Upgrade to a higher value gemstone (price difference applicable)



JEWELLERY & CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Not eligible for return or exchange once the gemstone is set in jewellery


Exception (case-to-case basis):

  • Up to 30% deduction may apply

(towards making, handling, and customization charges)


NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

  • Shipping Charges

  • GST and Duties

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

  • Payment Gateway Charges (up to 5%)

  • Custom Lab Certification Costs


Return shipping will be borne by the customer.


REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • No returns accepted for orders shipped outside India
